• A 500 ml water bottle made of double wall, high-quality stainless steel, with a matte, anti-slip surface. In true Twistshake spirit, it’s spill-free and perfect for taking with you.

• A 4 mm, non-slip, double-layer yoga mat made of a super soft, lightweight material for optimal cushioning and comfort – perfect for your yoga practice, pilates, relaxation, or home workout. It comes with a practical mesh bag, so you can easily take it with you.

• A yoga ball – the perfect multi-exercise tool for strengthening the core muscles.

• Two natural rubber resistance bands in light and medium resistance strength. These bands are perfect for warming up, recovery, and stretching programs and can be used for upper and lower body training.

• Three fabric resistance bands in light, medium, and heavy resistance strength. These bands improve strength and flexibility and can be used for upper and lower body training. A convenient mesh bag is included in the kit, so you can easily bring the bands with you.
