Information regarding COVID-19

Dear Customer,

We hope you take care of yourself and your loved ones out there!

Never has it ever felt more important to focus on our family and future, and what makes us happy and positive!

We work as hard as we can to send your order as quickly as possible! However, due to COVID-19 we have a higher workload than normal, and we have to reserve ourselves because it unfortunately causes delays and extra delivery days.

We have put in extra staff as well as re-arranged our warehouse to be able to better handle the new workload.

Our shipping companies are in the same situation, and recently updated us on general delays in shipping to all countries, so we appreciate that even here you have patience and understanding that the delivery day can be shifted a bit.

 

Please note that any and all delayed orders will be shipped out as fast as possible or at latest within 14 days.

Keep an eye on your tracking that is sent out when your order ships, and you will have the latest information about your order.

 

Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders that are placed.

Q: Can I cancel / change or add to an existing order?

A: Due to our quick delivery times, your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we can not cancel, modify or add products.

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs 9,90 EUR Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. For orders to Norway, shipping is 99 NOK and Free shipping is 1000 NOK.

 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Average delivery time is 5-12 business days for standard freight and 1-3 days for express. We work as hard as we can to send your order as quickly as possible! Q: How do I know my order has gone through?

A: Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when making an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. Confirmation also represents your receipt of the purchase. If you notice any errors please contact service@twistshake.com immediately with your order number attached.

 

Q: What different payment methods do you have?

A: You can choose to pay by bank or credit card or by invoice (administered via Klarna and only for deliveries in Sweden and Norway). When it comes to payment by bank or credit card, Adyen manages all our bank transactions. Twistshake does not handle any bank or credit card numbers.

 

Q: How do I return a product?

A: In order to be entitled to a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received. It must also be in the original package.You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs on return.To complete your return, contact us at service@twistshake.com with your order number.

 

Q: Does Twistshake have a store to visit?

A: We do not have our own Finnish shop but our products are available in selected grocery stores and also children / baby shops.
