This gives you plenty of time to try, feel, and make sure your purchase is just right. All orders placed during this period can be returned until January 31, 2026, so you can shop for gifts and plan ahead with confidence.

The extended return policy applies to selected products and holiday bundles.

Please note that returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. For hygiene reasons, this especially applies to products that come into direct contact with food, the mouth, or skin.

To make returns smooth and sustainable, a return fee of 30 € will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at purchase.
