GENERAL
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders on www.twistshake.com and include all purchase agreements between the consumer and Twistshake of Sweden AB, hereinafter referred to as "Twistshake." We encourage you to read these terms in full before placing an order. These terms may be updated, so we ask that you read them before each order you place in the online shop.
Twistshake's General Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed by the customer (also referred to as “you” or “the customer”) on the domain www.twistshake.com, including all subdomains, such as mobile websites and applications, from the time you place your order until you pay for and receive it. By purchasing a product, you agree to be legally bound by our General Terms and Conditions.
The following terms apply to our General Terms and Conditions as described below:
• Website refers to the domain, subdomains owned by twistshake.com, and mobile applications.
• You means the customer who places an order.
• Customer means the individual who places an order.
• Business Day means a day that is not (i) a Saturday or Sunday or (ii) a public holiday in the customer's country.
• Order means the purchase of products made by the customer on the Website.
• Content means all text, graphics, videos, images, and other information published on the Website.
• Contract refers to the purchase you make of products in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

CONTRACT & ORDER
A binding purchase agreement is made as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Twistshake to the email address you provided.
To place an order in the online shop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Twistshake assumes that minors who make purchases on the site provide truthful information about their age and/or have the necessary consent from their guardian(s) to purchase the item(s). Otherwise, the buyer may be liable for any costs an invalid contract may entail.
Our website will guide you step-by-step on how to place your order and complete your purchase. A summary of your information will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout. We advise you to carefully check all information before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee changes can be made afterward.
If a product happens to be out of stock before its status has been correctly updated in the online shop, you will be notified by email. If incorrect price information has been displayed on the webshop, where you have either overpaid or underpaid, you will be offered the choice to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Twistshake reserves the right to decline or void a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as illegal use of another's credit card, are suspected.
The parties agree that we cannot guarantee the colors in the webshop accurately reflect the product colors. Colors may be displayed differently depending on, for example, your computer or phone screen, graphics card, and computer settings. We always strive to photograph in various environments and on different body types to guide our customers as accurately as possible.
PRICE & PAYMENT
We cooperate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP) that processes your personal data in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form, and all card details and payment information will be protected and handled with a high level of security.
Prices on the website are current and may change at any time. Twistshake is not bound by price indications on the website that the buyer reasonably or obviously must understand are incorrect, such as those resulting from technical problems on the web platform or prices manipulated by the customer. Prices include local VAT and are paid in the currency specified in the webshop. For non-EU customers, your local customs authority may impose additional fees, duties, and other charges at your import’s current rates.
All promotions with discounted prices are for a limited time. Multiple offers cannot generally be combined. A discount code or coupon is valid only once per customer and purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the code is valid only at regular price (not sale items) and cannot be combined with other discounts.
In the event of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotional codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order in question.
Promotions and discount codes are valid only for new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We always strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Normally, your order is processed within 1 business day after your order confirmation and can be expected to arrive within 1-4 business days within Sweden and 2-15 business days for international orders. Delivery times are only estimates and may take longer than usual during high seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday week, and other campaigns). The shipping cost will be specified in the order overview before you submit your order.
You must provide accurate and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after completing your purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address information in their order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned due to this, Twistshake has the right to charge a return shipping fee.
We currently deliver to most countries; however, if you have a question about whether we ship to a specific location, please contact our customer service. Please note that orders may be held in customs and charged additional fees for orders outside the European Union. You are encouraged to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any discrepancies found.
RETURN POLICY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUNDS
As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return on your purchase, starting from the date you receive the items. The items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A return fee of 30 EUR will be deducted from your refund. If you have ordered a bundle, you must return the entire bundle. Returns of part of a bundle will not be accepted.
Faults should be reported as soon as they are discovered. Complaints made within two months are considered within a reasonable timeframe. If you find that an item delivered to you by us is defective, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible with a formal complaint. The same applies if you identify that a product has been damaged during transport or if you identify other discrepancies in the delivery, such as the number of items or product model delivered not matching your order. Returns should be sent to customer service or to the address specifically instructed by us.
For Twistshake to complete a return that is lost or otherwise affected during delivery, the customer must have followed the return instructions listed on our webshop.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005:59), you, as a consumer (individual), have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive your order, either in whole or in part. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer service in writing and then return the order within 14 days of contacting us. This should be done with our customer service.
Refunds
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a refund confirmation to your email address. You will receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) business days. We will refund the amount you paid. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when you completed your purchase. If you have paused your invoice with your payment provider, a due date will be temporarily postponed. When your return is processed and a refund is made, this "pause" will be lifted, and an invoice will be payable. Twistshake is not responsible for any reminder fees or late fees issued by the payment provider.
Damaged Products
Twistshake ensures that all products are carefully checked for quality control before being shipped to our customers. We work hard to prevent damage or defects in our products. If you find that an item is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be offered a refund or the option to order a new product if a new one is available. If the damaged item is part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are encouraged to inspect your received products upon delivery and report any discrepancies from your order confirmation to us as soon as possible.
LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
Contracts entered into through the Website and any disputes arising shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution should be considered before any legal action. If the solution fails, the matter is referred to Swedish courts, which have non-exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. This provision does not deprive European consumers of their national statutory rights.
