These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.twistshake.com website and forms a contract between you and Twistshake of Sweden AB, Swedish company registration number 556959-3469, Örjansgränd 1, 72132 Västerås, Sweden (hereinafter “Twistshake”).

In order to shop at www.twistshake.com it is required that you are of at least 18 years of age or that you shop with parental permission.

Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. 

 

If you discover any errors, please contact service@twistshake.com immediately with your order number included in the e-mail. Your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we can not cancel, modify or add products.

 

Cancel/Change an order


We are really quick at packing, which makes it complex to make changes or cancel an order as the parcel is included with hundreds of other orders waiting to be picked up by the carrier. 

Should you regret your purchase after your order has been packed and shipped, you are welcome to reject the delivery So the parcel will be redirected back to our warehouse. Note that your refund will be completed We'll process your refund once the parcel is returned, but shipping fees (based on your country's rate) will be deducted as stated in our terms of sale.



Payment

You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards, by invoice (Klarna available in Sweden and Norway). With payment by credit or debit cards, Adyen manages all of our banking transactions. Twistshake of Sweden AB does not handle any credit card numbers. 

Payment by card

Pay with your credit /debit card securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Twistshake may automatically cancel your order.


Please note that your credit card will be charged directly at the moment of transaction.

Payment by invoice

When choosing to pay via invoice you can buy today and pay later (within 14 days). It is important that you are registered to the address where you want delivery to when shopping with invoice. A customary credit check without a courtesy copy is made. You are also able to split your payment, and everything is done in cooperation with Klarna AB.

Rates

The shipping costs 9.99 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR.

*Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on product selection. 

 

When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax / customs fee depending on the value / weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at Twistshake do not have any influence over it.

 

With reservations for stock outs and eventual price errors that may arise.

Delivery

Twistshake has worldwide shipping. The average delivery time is 7-14 business days for standard shipment and 3-5 days for express, from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please note that from the moment you place your order, it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.


Standard deliveries are made in cooperation with the Bpost and their partners in other countries around the world. For Express deliveries, Twistshake will select the optimal shipping method, which could be either via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on location. We reserve the right to deny delivery of all products in case of price fluctuations as well as stock conditions. All delivery times are to be viewed as preliminary.


Damaged package


If the package with your order is delivered to you and the outer packaging is found obviously damaged, the damage must be photographed before opening the package and the photographs must be attached to us in the event of a possible complaint if you discover that products are missing and/or damaged. In cases where photographs of the damage of the outer packaging is missing before it is opened, we are not able to handle a possible complaint if products are found missing and/or damaged which can be assumed to be due to the transport damage.

Delivery

Uncollected packages


For uncollected packages that are returned to Twistshake, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the shipping cost (based on your country's rate) when refunding the order as stated in our terms of sale. 

When the package is not collected, your shipment will automatically be marked as “Not collected” and you will be charged the above shipping fee.



Returns

As a customer at www.twistshake.com, you always have a 14 day right of return after you have received a product. The right of withdrawal is valid for unbroken packaging.

 

Contact us at service@twistshake.com with your order number and use the return goods notice. Right of withdrawal is not valid for products close to expiry or products on sale. The customer takes responsibility and pays for costs associated with the return shipping. Products are to be sent back in their original packaging, as well as their original state and quality.

 

If your order has been sent without shipping you will be charged the actual shipping costs.  Contact service@twistshake.com for more information.

Claims

If the package is damaged on delivery you shall immediately claim it for damages at your pickup point. If there is something wrong with your product(s) we ask you to reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order.

 When receiving an incomplete order please contact service@twistshake.com with pictures on what you have received. – We ask you to save the packaging and packing list until case solved.

Please read through our guidelines and steps for claims:

 

• Send your claim request through our web form here.

• Always include your order number when making a claim.

• Describe the defect as detailed as possible.

 

Our team will handle your claim as soon as possible. If the claim is approved and settled, we will either rectify the problem when possible or you will receive a new item.

 

The right to claim a product applies to defects that are classified as manufacturing defects, i.e. if the product differs from a similarly manufactured product that does not have a defect.

The right to complain never applies to deviations caused due to wear and tear, lack of service and maintenance and errors caused by improper use of the product. This means that discoloration of materials, sun bleaching, rust and wear generally do not fulfill the right of complaint. When a product deviation is discovered, a claim must be made as soon as possible.

 

If you have received the incorrect product, please reach out to us within 5 days after receiving your order. Please contact service@twistshake.com and be as specific as possible. Always include your order number.

 

Twistshake follows the recommendations of Swedish Reklamationsnämnden (https://www.arn.se/konsument/).

Cookies

Twistshake uses so called “cookies”. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and which contains information that is necessary for us to know which items you are bringing to the check-out. We use so called sessions cookies to be able to offer you the web shop service and your browser needs to accept cookies for you to be able to add products to your shopping cart. If you oppose storage of cookies you can de-activate the function by going into “settings” on your browser.

Force majeure

Twistshake shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Twistshake may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Twistshake. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.


Discounts

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or on already discounted items. (Exceptions may apply during promotions).

The expiration date of all campaigns is decided and communicated by Twistshake. Twistshake holds the right of excluding the selected collections/products from any discount campaigns.
